Jana Kramer gained fame as a performer, actress, and songwriter, when she was a character on the television show One Tree Hill. She played Alex for the duration of three of the last four seasons. The first three albums she released as a singer-songwriter were featured on episodes of the show, which helped her debut album of the same name into the Top 20 in the Billboard 200. She continued to appear until the final season of the show in the year 2012. Jana Kramer Kramer began her career with One Tree Hill in 2011. The actress signed a contract with Elektra Records during this time and dropped the country-rock single "I Will Not Go Down" on the show's episode. It later appeared in Jana Kramer, her debut album released in 2012. It landed in the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Her focus was on her musical career thereafter without retiring from acting she appeared in films like Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016 that would be popular with her fan base. Kramer's second album Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of the year 2015. I Got the Boy - a Top Five Country hit - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer in a duet helped the album reach the top ten spot on the Billboard 200. The two-month stint on Dancing with the Stars 23rd season ended in her placing in fourth place. That year she also had an adult contemporary hit with Feels Like Christmas which featured Straight No Chaser.
